Children from Glodeanu arrive in Bucharest

Some of the children from Glodeanu will come to Bucharest on Saturday. They have worked seriously these days with some help from their teachers. They made cards and baskets where you can place beautiful painted eggs. If you want to meet them, their teachers and Father Marian Tudor who endeavors to find solutions for these souls to escape poverty, you are welcome to the National Fair of Ecological Products which will take place Saturday and Sunday (April 9 to 10) in the Faculty of Agriculture park’s yard (near the Cașin Monastery). If you come up there, you can bring a toy, a chocolate or a coat. You can buy creations made ​​with their tiny hands and offer them to the loved ones on Easter. Thus, you will bring joy to these children, on one hand, and to the the loved ones, on the other hand. The children from Glodeanu need all the money that are offered. For supplies, for food and to cover many other deficiencies they’re facing every day.

Because April is a month when we should be good and generous, you are invited to bring a toy or something that you no longer need to the National Fair of Organic and Traditional Products. On 9 and 10 of April, you can buy greeting cards, baskets and other items made ​​by children in Glodeanu School from a specially designed stand at the fair in the Park of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Forestry. At the fair, you will find lots of goodies that will be offered by households from Alba, Arad, Arges, Bacau, Bihor, Botosani, Brasov, Buzău, Călăraşi, Covasna, Dâmboviţa, Dolj, Galaţi, Giurgiu, Harghita, Ialomiţa, Ilfov, Maramureş, Olt, Prahova, Sălaj, Sibiu, Suceava, Teleorman and Vâlcea.

We kindly invite you from 9th of April to the fair because we launch the campain "Think of him or her." Thus, you will learn more about the story of the children who need support, not only during this period of time. We have the opportunity to open our heart before our neighbours, to give everyone a chance. There are 32 souls in Glodeanu village, Buzău County, 21 in the village Cârligu Mare, 11 in the neighbouring villages, who were born poor, but wish to show that they want and deserve a better life. Some say that if you manage to save a single soul in a life, then you have not lived in vain. So please give them a chance and reward them for their achievements, by buying greeting cards and other creations made ​​with their skilled hands. It is one way you can relieve their shortages. We hope that the effort of these children who have so much suffering in their souls will find its echo among the buyers at the fair, and among producers.
